Living with allergies is no easy feat. According to the Allergy Foundation of South Africa, allergic diseases are increasing worldwide. A third of South Africans will suffer from some allergic disease during their life. 40% of allergy sufferers are children.

The commonest conditions are eczema, asthma and allergic rhinitis (hay fever), and these three often present together in a child. Although the management of allergies require that you visit your doctor, one easy step you can take right here and now is to start using cleaning and personal care products with less chemicals. This pack contains everything you need to clean your space and your skin. Also remember that your laundry detergent never completely rinses from your clothes, so using a low chemical detergent adds greatly to avoiding eczema itch.

Minimise your exposure to chemicals by only using these products to clean for at least three weeks.
